Description
Our first professionalism program will address the various professional responsibility, ethics and practice management issues lawyers face when running a practice. Are you familiar with all the issues and how you should tackle them?

This extensive program provides you with a toolkit to identify and tackle the common issues facing lawyers in day to day practice. Explore the ethical issues such as honesty before a tribunal or board and professional courtesy with opposing parties. Examine successful practice management skills and how your relationships with your client can be fine-tuned. We will also focus specifically on the technology that you can use in a worker's compensation practice.
